Laura Sencion-Mendoza: Originally from Northern California, I transferred into UCLA in 1986. I graduated in 1989 with a degree in Political Science. I began working with the Academic Advancement Program (AAP) in June of 1989 and became the Summer Program's Coordinator until 1998 when I moved into the Transfer Student Center (TSC) where I worked until 2004. In the summer of 2004 I changed units, I now work for the Program Leading to Undergraduate Success (PLUS). I am proud to be a BRUIN and my accomplishments here at UCLA.
