General Information:
Please read before proceeding to Online Application below!!
SITE is a residential program and completely FREE to you. If your goal is to attend a University of California campus, then you should spend a week at UCLA developing strong academic skills, meeting people who can assist you through the process and learning the skills required for an effective transfer experience.

SITE is a 6-day residential program that will teach students how to navigate the community college system; complete the appropriate coursework; and maximize their time in order to make a smooth, quick and successful transition to a University of California campus. SITE will also explore the role of higher education in our society.

Requirements:
Open to:

  • All continuing California community college students and
  • High School graduating seniors who are planning to attend a California community college in the fall.

Since SITE also focuses on the resources available to students who traditionally have low transfer rates-first generation, low income, older, and/or underrepresented students-students will be selected based on who will most benefit from the program.

SITE Application:
As we have many students who would like to participate in SITE, we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.
