Hector is a fourth-year Communication Studies student. He has been
involved with AAP beginning with his freshman year as a PLUS student,
becoming a tutor for the next three years and eventually was named the
Arts and Communication supervisor. An avid sports fan, Hector wishes to
study Sports Law and is awaiting acceptances from many top law schools
around the country. Hector is a firm believer in equal access to higher
education, advocacy of underrepresented economic groups, and the
importance of undergraduate preparation. He hopes to have used his
position as Tutor Supervisor to successfully train tutors to elicit
critical thought and creativity from the students of AAP and to harbor a
sense of compassion and integrity in their work.
