Academics in the Commons, housed on the second floor of Covel Commons, is a department dedicated to assisting undergraduates succeed at UCLA. Through free workshops, peer learning facilitation, and advising, we strive to equip our students with the tools they need to excel at UCLA academically and socially.

Our staff consists of 4 full-time professionals, 1 part-time professional, 1 teach assistant, and approximately 130 student-staff including Peer Learning Facilitators, Office Assistants, and Peer Learning Supervisors.
