What is an Articulation Agreement?

An articulation agreement shows which courses from another institution will apply toward the satisfaction of General Education (GE) requirements in the UCLA College.

How do I know what course counts for what GE?

On the left side of the page you will find the outline of the UCLA College GE requirements. On the right side of the page, courses from the other institution are listed under the UCLA College GE requirement that they fulfill. The course numbers listed on the articulation agreement are NOT UCLA courses numbers but those of the other institution.

With which schools does UCLA have articulation agreements?

All of the UCLA College GE articulation agreements are with California Community Colleges. If you have questions about the applicability of classes from an institution not on this list, please schedule an appointment with a College Counselor in your respective counseling unit (College Academic Counseling, Honors, AAP, or Athletics).
