THINKING OF GRADUATING THIS YEAR?

iGrad Workshop: A 90-minute workshop for College of Letters and Science Seniors preparing to graduate.

• Everything you need to know about Commencement & getting your diploma
• Avoid any surprises - get a degree check by a full-time College Counselor

iGrad Mini Checklist

• Have you declared your Degree Expected Term? If not, declare on URSA.
• Is your name on the DPR correct and the way you want it on your diploma? If not, see www.registrar.ucla.edu/forms/namechange.pdf
• Does the top of your DPR say “DO NOT RELEASE ANY INFORMATION”? This may prevent your name from being in Commencement publications. If so, adjust privacy options on URSA.
• Will you have completed all major and minor requirements? Check with your department(s).
• Will you have completed all other degree requirements? Check with your College Counselor or sign up for an iGrad workshop listed below.

Sign Up:  Log onto MyUCLA and click on the “Workshop” button. Search for “iGrad” or “iGrad-AAP” (for students in AAP).  Choose the day and time that works best for you.
