To Add a Class

• Friday Week 2: no fees, no notation; add class(es) through URSA
• Friday Week 3: $5 fee, no notation; add class(es) through URSA
• After Friday Week 3: submit Late/Retroactive Add petition to Counseling unit; approval not guaranteed; $20 for late adds if approved; $35 and transcript notation for retroactive adds if approved

To Drop a Non-Impacted Class

• Friday Week 2: no fees, no notation; drop class(es) through URSA
• Friday Week 4: $5 fee, no notation; drop class(es) through URSA
• Friday Week 7: $20 fee, transcript notation; drop class(es) through URSA
• Friday Week 10: $35 fee, transcript notation; submit Restricted Drop Petition (limit of 3 in academic career) or Red Drop Petition (if exceeding 3 restricted drops) to counseling unit
• After Friday Week 10: submit Red Drop Petition to counseling unit; approval not guaranteed; $50 and transcript notation if approved

To Drop an Impacted Class

• Friday Week 2: no fees, no notation; drop class(es) through URSA
• After Friday Week 2: submit petition to counseling unit approval not guaranteed; transcript notations and $20 for late impacted drops and $50 for retroactive impacted drops if approved

Please note that you may not drop all of your classes on URSA. If you would like to drop all of your classes, please consult a full time counselor before processing a withdrawal.

To Change Credit Detail

• Friday Week 2: no fees, no notation; change credit detail on URSA
• Friday Week 6: $5 fee, no notation; change credit detail on URSA
• After Friday Week 6: submit Credit Detail Petition to counseling unit; approval not guaranteed; transcript notations and $20 for late credit detail change and $35 plus transcript notation for retroactive credit detail change if approved
