Counseling Appointments

Honors Programs utilizes the Same-Day Counseling Appointment System. We begin signing up students at 8:30am every morning for appointments that begin at 9:00am of the same day. Please come by our office at A-311 Murphy Hall to make an appointment. You may also call us at 310-825-1553, but we finish booking appointments first for those who are at the front desk before we entertain appointment requests by phone. Unfortunately, appointments cannot be made via email at this time. Please note that counseling appointments are cancelled when students are late.

Counseling Hours

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday:
9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30am
1:30, 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, 3:30pm

Tuesday:
9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30am
No counseling in the afternoon

Please also note that during holidays and the summer months we may have shortened office and counseling hours if we are understaffed. Please call the Honors Office at (310) 825-1553 before you come in during these periods.
