Opportunities
Being a part of Honors Programs at UCLA means that you will have special opportunities not only
in terms of your academics but also in terms of your finances. Our donors support Honors students
with generous awards ranging from $1000 to $5,000 every single year. Awards are earned in the form
of Honors Scholarships for continuing students and graduating students or our Summer Research Stipends which allow
students to conduct funded research during the summer!
Honors Programs is also proud to offer nomination services for the following national and international scholarships:
>>Beinecke Memorial Scholarship
>>Winston Churchill Scholarship
>>Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship
>>Goldwater Scholarship
>>Marshall Scholarship
>>Mitchell Scholarship
>>Rhodes Scholarship
>>Donald A. Strauss Scholarship Foundation Award
>>Harry S. Truman Scholarship
>>Udall Scholarship
>>David Weill Scholarship
Outside of financial opportunities, we also handle administrative duties for nationally recognized honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. We assist the Eta chapter of California
in notifying students of their election as well as the coordination of the annual
initiation ceremony recognizing all newly elected members. For more information about Eta chapter visit their website.
Our students are obviously important to us and the Honors Fellows Program is a great way to develop
the Honors community and yourself as a leader.
