Students

To provide the best service to our students, we have tried to address many common questions in our Student FAQs section. In addition, we have also posted some important and useful documents(.pdf) that can be viewed and printed out for submission:

Honors Candidacy form
This form is used to declare your candidacy to graduate with the College Honors distinction. The form should be filled out and turned into the Honors office by the 2nd week of the quarter in which you graduate. If you are a Summer graduate or a Fall Special Inclusion student and you wish to be included in the Honors Commencement ceremony, please file this form by the 2nd week of the Spring quarter in which you plan to be walking at the ceremony.

Degree Planner
This form has multiple uses. First, this is a form that can be submitted as a petition to exceed your grad max units, as part of a Double Major petition, or to petition to waive ECP (usually for Juniors and Seniors). If this form is used as a petition, it must be printed out and submitted in person to your counseling unit. Also, this form can be used as a tool to plan classes over several quarters.
