ELIGIBILITY

Students interested in enrolling in the Bridge Program should be United States citizens or permanent residents. They should be enrolled in or plan to enroll in one or more basic science courses (Chemistry and/or Biology) during the academic year. Students interested in pursuing professional degrees in medicine (MD) or dentistry (DDS) are encouraged to apply if their plans include biomedical research.

African American, Latino/Hispanic, Mexican American/Chicano, Native American and Pacific Islander students are particularly encouraged to apply.
