The Student Research Forum (HC 101A) helps you understand university research more broadly and deeply, and helps you define your place in the larger research community. Students at any level are welcome! This is held Winter quarter.
Course Description
HC 101A is a two-unit course.

P/NP onlyCourse Requirements
Attend ALL plenary presentations, Tuesdays 2-3:50. These sessions explore the role of research at UCLA and throughout the nation, the regulations that govern research and creative activities, and some key projects at UCLA.
Participate in at least four additional course activities/workshops, Tuesdays 10-11 or Thursdays 2-3. Links to course activities/workshops can be accessed by clicking on the HC101A Winter 2009 Workshops (URC/CARE) link below.
Completion of online workshop evaluation surveys.
Completion of online final course evaluation.
