DESCRIPTION:\nPower of the Transfer: Built to Transform\n\n\n\nCelebrate 25
  years of empowering transfer students! The UCLA Center for Community Coll
 ege Partnerships helps thousands of students navigate California's communi
 ty college system\, transfer to UCLA and other four-year universities\, an
 d pursue their academic\, personal\, and professional goals.  \n\nCCCP's 
 community is coming together to celebrate a quarter century of student suc
 cess. We invite our thousands of alumni\, community\, family and friends t
 o join us in raising $25\,000 for the next 25 years of Power to the Trans
 fer!\n\n\n\nCalifornia’s community college system serves more than 2.2 m
 illion students across 116 campuses\, yet only 21% of students who intend 
 to transfer to a four-year university do so within four years. While the t
 ransfer pathway exists\, too many students encounter barriers that make th
 e next step feel out of reach\, from navigating complex requirements to ac
 cessing timely guidance\, resources\, and support.  \n\nThis is where CCC
 P steps in. Since its founding\, more than 12\,000 students have particip
 ated in its signature CCCP Scholars Program\, and more than 100\,000 stude
 nts have been impacted by its outreach\, conferences\, panels\, workshops\
 , and other resources. In fall 2025\, CCCP Scholars posted an 87% UC adm
 it rate compared to 70% systemwide\, and a 56% UCLA admit rate compared
  to 22% campuswide. In all majors\, performance outcomes are twice as high
  as the systemwide average. This year\, we have served thousands of studen
 ts from 105 of California's 116 community colleges\, and the CCCP Schol
 ars Program has grown to a cohort of 670.  \nHear from CCCP Alumni\n\n“
 CCCP is far more than a transfer pathway program\, it is an intergeneratio
 nal disruptor that expands what is possible not only for individual studen
 ts\, but for their families\, their communities and the populations they w
 ill one day serve\, ”said Yazmin Gonzalez\, who graduated from UCLA with
  a bachelor's degree in Latin American studies in 2016 and a master's degr

 ory\nFrom July 15 through August 14\, 2026\, CCCP alumni\, students\, sta
 ff\, partners\, and supporters are invited to celebrate a quarter century 
 of student success by contributing to the Power of the Transfer: Built to
  Transform campaign. \nTogether\, we are raising $25\,000 to invest in 
 the next 25 years of transfer excellence. \nFor 25 years\, CCCP has helped
  community college students navigate transfer\, find belonging\, and imagi
 ne new possibilities. Your support helps provide: \n\n\n 	Scholarships for
  transfer scholars\n 	Peer mentorship and advising\n 	Academic preparation
  and summer programming\n 	Resources that help students successfully trans
 fer to UCLA and other four-year universities \n\nEvery contribution helps
